How do I start a challenge?
Pick a plan on the
pricing section, create an account in the
trader portal, fill in your details at checkout and pay the one-time fee. Your MetaTrader 5
credentials are generated automatically and appear in your dashboard and inbox.
How fast do I get my MT5 account?
Usually within a minute. Provisioning is fully automated — no human on our side
needs to click anything. If anything delays it, your dashboard shows the live status and the
credentials follow by email.
Is there a free trial?
No — challenges start at $39 for a $5,000 account, and the fee is a one-time
payment refunded in full with your first payout. Coupon codes are accepted at checkout.
Are these live trading accounts?
No. All accounts are demo accounts with virtual funds running in a simulated
environment on real MetaTrader 5 servers. You never trade real money; you earn performance-based
rewards for meeting the objectives.
Can I use my own MT5 app?
Yes. The credentials work in MetaTrader 5 on desktop, mobile and in the web
terminal — log in with the server, login and password from your dashboard.
How is the daily loss limit calculated?
Against your equity at the start of the trading day (server time), including
floating P&L. Example on a $100,000 account with a 5% limit: if the day starts at $102,000,
your equity floor for that day is $96,900. Crossing it fails the account automatically.
Static vs trailing drawdown — what's the difference?
Static drawdown is a fixed floor below the starting balance — e.g. $90,000 on a
$100,000 account with a 10% limit, forever. Trailing drawdown instead follows your equity
high-water mark, so the floor climbs as you profit. Every plan we sell uses static drawdown
(10% on 2-Step, 8% on Instant Funding); we do not use trailing drawdown at all.
What happens when I break a rule?
The risk engine fails the account, open positions are closed and the exact breach
reason (which rule, at what equity) is recorded in your dashboard. There are no partial
penalties and no discretionary reviews — the same code applies to everyone.
Is news trading allowed? Weekend holding? EAs?
Yes to all three. There are no news blackouts, no weekend-flat requirement and no
strategy bans. The only rules are the published loss limits, profit targets and minimum trading
days.
What counts as a trading day?
Any calendar day (server time) on which you executed at least one trade. Minimum
trading days per phase are listed on each plan card — typically 3–4.
Is there a time limit on the evaluation?
No. Take as long as you need — the account stays active as long as you respect
the loss limits.
How do payouts work?
On a funded account, request a payout from your dashboard whenever you have
profit. After a one-time KYC verification each request is reviewed by our team and paid out.
Your share is 90% on evaluation plans and 70% on Instant Funding.
When do I get my challenge fee back?
The full fee is added to your first payout from the funded account.
How does the scaling plan work?
Each time a funded account grows by +10%, the platform automatically increases its
balance by +25%. There is no application process — it's a coded rule.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — every passed evaluation and funded account gets a certificate with a unique
ID that anyone can check on the
verification page.
