Refund Policy

1. The fee, in short

A Challenge fee is a one-time payment for access to an evaluation program on a demo account. There are no recurring charges.

2. When you get the fee back

• Fee refund with first payout: when you pass the Challenge and receive your first reward on the funded account, the full Challenge fee for that account is added to it.
• Before delivery: if you paid but your MT5 account has not yet been created, you may cancel for a full refund. Write to support@protradersfunding.com.
• Our error: duplicate charges, or an account that could not be provisioned within 24 hours, are refunded in full.

3. When the fee is not refundable

• After your MT5 credentials have been delivered and trading is possible, the service is deemed performed in full; starting the Challenge waives the standard withdrawal period to the extent permitted by law.
• Failing a Challenge (breaching a loss limit or otherwise not meeting the objectives) does not entitle you to a refund.
• Accounts terminated for prohibited conduct under the Terms are not refunded.

4. Discounts and coupons

If a coupon was applied at checkout, any refund equals the amount actually paid, not the list price. Promotional discounts have no cash value on their own.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on the provider. To request one, e-mail support@protradersfunding.com from your registered address with the order number.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a card dispute — unwarranted chargebacks lead to account termination under the Terms. Legitimate refund claims are honoured without a dispute.
