Privacy Policy — Pro Traders Funding

1. What we collect

Account data: e-mail, password (stored as a salted hash), full name.
Checkout data: first name, last name, phone number, required to open your MetaTrader 5 account with the platform provider.
KYC data: name, country and a document reference, submitted by you before rewards are paid.
Trading telemetry: equity/balance snapshots, rule-breach events and challenge progress of your simulated accounts.
Payment data: processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we store order metadata, never full card numbers.

2. What we use it for

Providing the service: creating MT5 accounts, monitoring objectives, paying rewards.
Transactional e-mail (credentials, phase results, payout status).
Fraud prevention and enforcing our Terms.
Legal obligations (accounting, AML/KYC where applicable).

We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the service: the MetaTrader 5 infrastructure provider (account name on the demo server), the payment provider, and e-mail delivery. Each processes data under its own agreement with us.

4. Retention

Account and order data are kept for as long as your account exists and thereafter as required by law (typically accounting periods). Trading telemetry of closed accounts is retained for record and certificate verification purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, export or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Write to support@protradersfunding.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies and local storage

Functional storage: your login token and, if you arrive through an affiliate link, the referral code, both kept in your browser's local storage.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (aggregate heatmaps and session replays). Both set their own cookies. Clarity masks the contents of input fields, so what you type — passwords, personal details, payment data — is not recorded. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising. Browser-level blocking of these scripts does not affect your account or any part of the service.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed (PBKDF2), credentials are transmitted over TLS, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to support@protradersfunding.com.
